Any opportunity to make him think outside of the box should be pursued as much as possible. His uncle, the Emperor (Belos), is a festering pile of entrails too vile to be pursued by even the most desperate of vultures; I have reason to believe he is emotionally and possibly physically abusive.
The staff he is found with is of my design and powered by my abilities; it will not deactivate via use of the Big Red Button. Should you have reason to believe it should be removed, depowered, or otherwise changed or made unavailable, you will need to speak to me (Vlad Dracula Tepes).
While he is not my inmate, he is of concern to me... as he is my student in regards to the medical arts as well as ritualistic magic.
